The clean rooms and bathroom, plus the convenient location close to restaurants and shops, made my stay wonderfully convenient. The festive holiday decorations and amazing breakfast added to the charm. The responsive staff and modern room with a new bathroom made it a perfect stay.

The hotel is top-notch; the location is amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the building is just charming. The room was comfy and quiet, perfect for chilling after a day of exploring. 🏨

The large bathrooms are absolutely luxurious with marble decor, rain shower, and Rituals wellness products that made us feel pampered and relaxed. The twin room's comfortable beds were perfect for our family, and we loved the customizable room effects.

Personally, we found the city shades a bit too dark, but others might appreciate the cozy feel.

Helpful staff organized a packed breakfast for early departure.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, which was great for my business trip. I didn't have to worry about transportation as I could simply walk to the hotel. the hotel had a beautiful structure with lovely art adorning the walls, which added a touch of elegance to my stay. the beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I had a good night's sleep after a long day of work.

It was a bit disruptive, especially late at night when I was trying to rest.

Our family had a wonderful experience exploring the beautiful nature and hiking trails in Normarka. The whole family enjoyed the unique activities offered by the event agency, providing us with memorable experiences. The places to eat in the area catered to the entire family's tastes, adding to our delightful stay.

In my wife's opinion, a more interactive kids' play area could enhance the family experience.

This place is perfectly located in the heart of everything, just a stone's throw from a beautiful church and on a wonderful pedestrian only mall. The service is absolutely excellent with the staff offering help with any request or question. There are plenty of amenities including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and sitting area. The breakfast is also fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.
